The alternative learning system helps those who could not attend formal schools regularly, and even its participants need to adjust to the pandemic.

Naujan Mayor Mark Marcos is helping them cope by donating computers and printers to ALS students.

Marcos turned over the equipment to the District Coordinators and Mobile Teachers of the ALS, according to a post on his Facebook page.

These would help them continue their education amid the COVID 19 health crisis.

No matter what shape or form, education must continue!

“COMPUTERS AT PRINTERS PARA SA ALS LEARNERS–Nagturn-over ang pamahalaang bayan sa pamamagitan ng Punumbayan ng mga Acer i3 desktop computers with 3-in-1 printers sa mga District Coordinators at Mobile Teachers ng Alternative Learning System (ALS) upang magamit ng ating mga kababayang karamihan ay hindi nakaranas makapag-aral ng isang pormal na edukasyon. Kasama ng mga Facilitators si Sir Alfonso G. Encisa, PSDS-Naujan East/West nang tanggapin nila ang nasabing mga kagamitan mula sa pamahalaang bayan,” Marcos’ page posted.
