How fit are you? Albay Vice Gov. Grex Lagman takes on push up challenge
Many people have seen the need for exercise even during the quarantine, and Albay Vice Gov. Grex Lagman is one of them.
Lagman has taken on the push up challenge of Board Member Joseph Lee.
In a Facebook post, he said he overestimated his capacity as he was able to do only 25 push ups on his first day.
He has to do 600 more in the next 24 days or until June 15, he said.
While he faces this, he passed on the challenge to his son Josh and dared him to do the same.
He said he believes his son would do this as he is also an advocate for ensuring mental health through exercise.
It may be hard, but it’s for both mind and body.
Keep on pushing up!
“Grabe! I overestimated my capacity to do push ups! Ang hirap pala. 😂 Taken at Patio San Jose Pdsj, Malillipot, Albay.
Well, I accepted today the push ups challenge of Board Member Joseph Philip Lee. First day ko ‘to and I did a total of 25 push ups. Have to do 600 more in the next 24 days or until 15 June! Omg… well anything for mental health awareness during this pandemic! 🙏💪🏼
I am now challenging my son, Barangay South Triangle Kagawad Josh Lagman to accept this push ups challenge! I’m sure advocate din siya for ensuring mental health through exercise, stronger connections and fun! 🙏😊,” Lagman posted.
