Camarines Norte Gov. Edgardo Tallado has brought home 25 workers to the province after they had walked long distances from Alabang, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas and San Pablo to get to their homes due to the enhanced community quarantine imposed over Luzon.

In a Facebook post, Tallado said the workers had walked all the way to Lucena, where they got help from GMA 7.

They were brought to the Pagbilao and Candelaria police stations, where authorities called the provincial government so that the workers could be fetched and brought to Camarines Norte.

Tallado said the workers are now in the province and would have to undergo quarantine at the hospital.

They’re now off the streets and getting help!
