Sorsogon Rep. Evelina Esucdero is a proud fan of White House chef Cristeta Comerford.
Escudero took to Facebook to praise Comerford and congratulate her for receiving the degree of Doctor of Humane Letters, honoris causa, from the University of the Philippines.
Comerford has been the White House’s executive chef since 2005, and she is the first woman and Filipino in the role.
A native of Bulacan, Comerford has been with the White House since 1997 and was promoted by former First Lady Laura Bush in 2005, said Escudero.
She may not dine at the White House, but that will not stop Escudero from stanning Comerford!
