Key Oriental Mindoro government officials spearheaded the dialogue for the implementation of the Universal Health Care Act in the province.

The event was led by Department of Health (DOH) MIMAROPA OIC-Regional Director Dr. Mario S. Baquilod, Provincial Administrator Dr. Hubbert MD Dolor representing Gov. Bonz A. Dolor, and Provincial Health Officer Dr. Normando Legazpi.

Oriental Mindoro is one of the three provinces in MIMAROPA that has been chosen as the pilot area for the implementation of the said law. The other two are Palawan and Puerto Princesa.

PA MD Hubbert assured everyone that the Oriental Mindoro Capitol supports the implementation of the law.
