Gov. Bichara issues safety precautions during Albay Say No to Drugs free concert

Albay Governor Al Francis Bichara has issued some reminders for everyone who will attend the Albay Say Not to Drugs Free concert tonight.

In order to make the event safe and secure, the Governor’s office and the Provincial Government issued the following safety precautions:

“Doors typically open 3 hours before showtime or earlier (please check posters) Please present your tickets at the door; No tickets, No entry.
If driving, kindly present your car pass. Cars without one will not be granted entry,” the governor said.

The prohibited items include:

Glass Bottles
Thermoses & Coolers
Alcoholic beverages
Outside food or drink
Backpacks & Large bags
Noise makers
Illegal substances
Laser pointers
Aerosol cans
Pets (except service animals)
Pepper spray
Knives, guns, or weapons of any kind

Prohibited Activities:

Crowd surfing
Public indecency

“SMOKING is strictly prohibited
Any item deemed by management to be dangerous or inappropriate will not be allowed entry inside Albay Astrodome,” Bichara noted.

“Please be patient, we will do our best to get everyone through the lines as quickly as possible, but be prepared for enhanced security measures and inspection,” it added.

Meanwhile, the province told the participants to “have fun and enjoy thr show.”
