CamSur Rep. Villafuerte’s two priority bills get House committee approval
Two priority bills of Camarines Sur Rep. Luis Raymund “LRay” Villafuerte have hurdled the committee level at the House of Representatives.
Villafuerte, also a House Deputy Speaker, shared that his bills seeking to modernize the Bicol Medical Center and the establishment of a hospital in Pamplona have been approved at the committee level.
“I pushed for the omnibus approval of 10 bills of national importance and 5 bills of local importance at the recent committee of health hearing…,” Villafuerte said
Of the 10 bills, Villafuerte said that it included his “top 2 priority bills, The modernization and upgrading of the Bicol Medical Center (BMC) into a 1000 bed capacity hospital fully equipped with modern facilities and manpower complement and The Establishment of a Women’s and Children’s hospital in Pamplona, Camsur.”
Villafuerte vowed to work harder in order to enact these bills into a law.
“Good news! Approved na sa committee level ! We will continue to work hard to push for these measures ! #kafuerte na mga programa at panukala,” said the CamSur solon.
