Ako Bicol partylist Rep. Alfredo Garbin Jr. has spearheaded the opening of a Multi-Purpose Building of Impact Learning Center in Daraga, Albay.

The partylist said that although the 17th Congress has officially ended, Garbin still fulfills his mandate to serve the public.

Moreover, Garbin supports the project as it is in line with the priorities of Ako Bicol, which is education.

Meanwhile, the Ako Bicol partylist has recently began accepting application for the partylist’s Educational Assistance Program for the provinces of Masbate and Camarines Norte.

Garbin will serve as one of the partylist’s representatives in the 18th Congress. Ako Bicol bagged two congressional seats in the new Congress.
