The Palawan Sangguniang Panlalawigan has approved a resolution asking the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) to make the province a regular testing center for Licensure Examination for Teacher.

The resolution, authored by Board Member Sharon Abiog-Onda, gained its approval during the council’s 124th regular session.

Board Member Onda said that Palaweños spend so much for transportation and lodging just to take LET in other places.

The next LET exam will be in March 2019.

Other testing areas for last year’s LET were Manila, Negros Occidental, Baguio City, Marinduque, Misamis Oriental, Oriental Mindoro, Northern Samar, Cebu City, Davao City, General Santos City, Iloilo, Cotabato, Ilocos Norte, Albay, Quezon, Occidental Mindoro, Masbate City, Romblon, Pagadian City, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Pangasinan, Leyte, Cagayan, Catanduanes and Zamboanga City.
