0 413

In Masbate, local officials aren’t content at being static. They try to improve themselves.

Masbate City Vice Mauor Ruby Morano got a hearty congratulations from the city government’s Facebook account after she graduated with flying colors from the Academy of Presiding Officers of the Vice Mayors League of the Philippines and the UP National College of Public Administration and Governance.

But it wasn’t only her who took the course; vice mayors from other Masbate towns did so as well, including Naty Magbalon of Milagros, Michael Naga of Dimasalang, Ramon Diamos of Esperanza, Arturo Uy of San Fernando, and Dan Gebilaguen of Monreal.

Their colleagues at Masbate City are proud of them.

In Masbate, learning never stops!

“Congratulations to our very own Vice Mayor Ruby M. Sanchez Morano, graduate with flying colors from the Academy of Presiding Officers (A.P.O) of VMLP and U.P. NCPAG/ CLRG. As well, our warm greetings to fellow Masbateño Vice Mayors Naty Magbalon of Milagros; Michael Naga of Dimasalang; Ramon Diamos of Esperanza; Arturo Uy of San Fernando and (insert) Dan Gebilaguen of Monreal.

Your Legislative Family is so proud of you for this another milestone 👏👏👩‍🎓👨‍🎓🥳🤗,” the City Government of Masbate posted on its Facebook page.
