Masbate VG Revil joins Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative anniversary celebration
Masbate Vice Governor Kaye Revil has joined the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative fifth anniversary celebration.
VG Revil said that she’s been grateful to join the group which seeks to empower the youth and to effect change.
She also recalled that she has been given an opportunity to be trained in United States, noting that her fellows became her friends and mentors eventually.
“On the 5th Day of December I specially thank the Lord for being part of the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative Family,” Revil said.
“We celebrate 5 years of its journey in empowering the youth & leading change. I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to have been their professional fellow sent to be trained in the United States with all expenses-paid for by the US State Department & my program being implemented through the American Council of Young Political Leaders in partnership with NMYL,” the Vice Governor added.
Revil said that she’s proud to be part of the group that is so “driven to change the world.”
“To date, this group of empowered young people have become my very close friends & mentors too.”
