In its bid to educate the younger generation about reproductive health, the Palawan Provincial Health Office has spearheaded the Youth Congress in Narra town.
The PHO held the congress in Narra town last October 11 and 12.
Elvie R. Lao, Program Manager ng Adolescent and Reproductive Health of the PHO, said that around 16o students joined the event.
State University (PSU) Narra Campus at San Francisco Javier College.),” said the province.
Among the topics discusses were Reproductive Health (RH) which covered teenage pregnancy and other sexually transmitted infections (STIs) and the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV).
An HIV testing and counseling were likewise held during the event.
Lao said that they will also be conducting the same activity in Roxas town next month.
