But what does his father think of this? Former Albay Rep. Grex Lagman joins PDP-Laban
We wonder what opposition figure Albay Rep. Edcel Lagman has to say about this.
His son, former Albay Rep. Grex Lagman, has joined President Duterte’s Partido Demokratiko Pilipino-Lakas ng Bayan.
Grex took his oath before party president Sen. Koko Pimentel, who he described in a Faceook post as a “purist” when it comes to party principles.
He took his oath earlier before another party official, but Grex said he was happy to affirm his oath before the party leader.
We wonder how this would affect the family dynamics, though, since Grex’ father is a staunch opposition lawmaker in the House of Representatives and is vocal of his criticism of the administration.
It must be interesting times in the Lagman household!
“Very Good to have my oath as member of PDP-Laban administered by Senator Koko Pimentel. He is the party’s president and a purist when it comes to party principles.
While I already took my oath before Usec. Ryan Asaki Estevez, I am Very Grateful to the party’s Chief Political Officer Ronwald Munsayac for arranging this with Sen Koko. I am truly honored by this Oath 2.0!
Partido Dapat sa Pilipino. #PDP-Laban
#VeryGood si Grex para sa Albay!
#VuelongGrex para sa padaba tang Albay!,” Grex posted on Facebook.
