Yan ang gusto ng tao! Naga Vice Mayor Nelson Legacion hails PET ruling on shading threshold

Vox populi, vox dei.

Naga Vice Mayor Nelson Legacion is thrilled with the ruling of the Presidential Electoral Tribunal that did away with the 50 percent shading threshold for the ballot in the electoral protest against Vice President Leni Robredo.

Legacion said the ruling upholds not just the intent of the people, but also their will.

Had the tribunal ruled otherwise, there could be voters’ whose choices would be disregarded.

The Vice Mayor’s friends were just as thrilled with the ruling and said so in the comments.

Looks like there’s a glimmer of hope, after all!

“This upholds not only the INTENT but more importantly the WILL of the electorate!” Legacion posted.
