Occidental Mindoro OKs donation of lot to Civil Service Commision Field Office
The Occidental Mindoro provincial government has donated a lot located in the Capitol Compound to the Civil Service Commission Field Office.
Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan approved a resolution authorizing Governor Gene Mendiola to donate the said lot.
“The Sangguniang Panlalawigan on its 97th Regular Session held on August 28, 2018 received an official communication from the Provincial Administrator Mario M. Montales, Jr. informing the legislative body on the Memorandum addressed to Dir. Karin Litz P. Zerna, CSC Region IV from Atty. Ariel G. Rongquillo, Asst. Commissioner Office of Legal Affairs recognizing said Deed of Donation for the CSC Field Office dated July 31, 2019,” said the provincial government.
Board Members Ulysses P. Javier and Atty. Ernesto Jaravata Committee Chairman of Land Use and Local Government respectively introduced SP Resolution 188 series of 2017 to the council granting the governor such power.
The said lot will be used as the site of the Civil Service Commission Field Office.
Vice Governor Peter J. Alfaro in his statement said that this donation of a “parcel of lot to the Civil Service Commission is for the improvement of their facilities and services to our constituents”.
Meanwhile, Board Members Edwin N Mintu, Aj Rebong, Damsy Abeleda, Nestor Tria, Jun Norella, Lope Asilo, Sonia Pablo, and Juanito Lumawig also signed the said resolution.
