The governor recently led the official opening of the Governor Mariano E. Villafuerte Community College in Libmanan.

Villafuerte said that this is a good opportunity for the students from the far municipalities who do not have its own college schools.

The governor said that the tuition is free and students will not shell out any cent for the education.

“Education is a top priority for us, the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur. Education levels the playing field and provides more opportunities for our youth, empowering & equiping them with skills and knowledge to further them and their families economically,” said Villafuerte.
