The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro mulls the granting of livelihood trainings for the drug surrenderees in the province.

In a Special Provincial Advisory Council meeting today, leaders of the province eyed offering livelihood training programs of Agriculture Training Institute (ATI) and Technical Education and Skills Authority (TESDA) to the drug surrenderees as suggested by the Provincial Advisory Council (PAC).

The province said that it aims to give the surrenderees another shot in life.

Meanwhile, the TESDA will also come up with other courses that could be offered to the drug surrenderees.
