“Deputy Minority Leader Alfredo A. Garbin, Jr. personally led the “Tarabangan Caravan” as part of Ako Bicol Party List’s initiative to promote public health and social development through community-based measures,” said the party-list.
“Massage and grooming services were also offered during the mission, in cooperation with the scholars under TESDA and Ako Bicol’s joint implementation of Special Training for Employment Program (STEP),” it added.
“The activity was a commitment in partnership with the Local Government of Sorsogon, under the leadership of Governor Robert Rodrigueza, Bacon Sandataan Association, and Sunwestcare Foundation, Inc.,” the party-list also said.
