Mesmerizing! Brooke’s Point Councilor Ton Abengoza showcases the beauty of Onok Island in Balabac, Palawan
Now that Boracay has been closed to tourists, other beaches in the Philippines are getting some much-deserved attention from tourists.
One such place that is sure to mesmerize them is the little-known Onok Island in Balabac, Palawan.
Brooke’s Point Councilor Ton Abengoza shared a video of his trip to the island which showed its crystal clear waters and wide expanse of pristine white sand beach, with not a trace of lumot on the shore to spoil the view.
Accommodations are available in wooden huts on stilts and there appeared to be no commercial establishments in the area.
As Abengoza said on his video, it’s time for Boracay regulars to go south and explore places, and Palawan is a destination that offers a lot of options.
With all the beauty Palawan has the offer, including the likes of Onok Island, you won’t miss Boracay at all!
