Eight Recovery Drug Surrenderees (RDS) from Brgy. Poblacion in Araceli town, Palawan have graduated from the Community Enhancement and Livelihood Program (CELP) of the provincial government.

The ceremony was held last Feb. 28 and was attended by OIC Municipal Assessor Rafael C. Tabi Jr., Chairman Amalia Rodriguez of Brgy. Poblacion, members of the municipal council of Araceli and several PNP officials.

The Provincial Government teamed up with the local government units, barangay chairmen, Philippine National Police, Inter-Faith Organizations, Philippine Marines and Community Care Tea to implement the program.

The program was launched in August last year. The Araceli town has also been declared drug-free.
