Jan 13, 2018 @ 19:00

Calapan City Vice Mayor Gil Ramirez has attended for the first time the monthly meeting of the Liga ng mga Barangay where he laid down his projects for 2018.

According to his office, this is the first time that Ramirez attended the said meeting since he was elected as the City’s vice mayor. The meeting was held at the ABC Hall yesterday.

“Sa kanyang pananalita ay ipinabatid ng Bise Alkalde ang ilang mahahalagang aktibedades at programa na naka angklang maganap kasabay ang pananawagan ng pakikiisa ngayong bagong taong 2018,” the vice office’s mayor said.

Among the projects discussed were the preparation for the 20th founding anniversary of Calapan this March.

Vice Mayor Ramirez also told the barangay captains that they are always welcome to his office.

“Sa ayaw natin o sa gusto, ako ang inyong Vice Mayor at kayo ang aking Kapitan, magsama-sama tayo para sa mas epektibong paglilingkod”, Ramirez was quoted as saying.

The Vice Mayor also invited the chairmen to attend the public consultation on Application for renewal of certificate of public convenience slated on Jan. 15.
