Nov 28, 2017 @ 13:04

The Naga City has also joined the campaign to end all kinds of violence against women (VAW) and to protect their rights.

Naga City Council for Women headed by Nene De Asis spearheaded the Kick-Off Activity for Campaign to End VAW last Saturday.

“This is in connection with the commemoration of the annual 18-day campaign to end VAW in support of the Philippine government’s goals for the protection of women and their rights,” the Naga City said.

The local government of Naga hopes to finally achieve a VAW-free community.

The ceremony was held at the Metropolitan Cathedral and Plaza Quince Martires.
