23 barangay captains meet Albay Gov. Bichara to raise issue on road projects


More than twenty barangay captains from Malinao, Albay province met with Governor Al Francis Bichara yesterday to personally raise their concerns, particularly on road projects.

According to the Capitol, 23 barangay captains from Malinao, Albay visited the Governor’s Office for a Courtesy Call with Governor Bichara yesterday.

The meeting was held at Governor’s Office, Dignitaries Hall, where local captains raised several issues to the Bichara, particularly concerns about infrastructure projects.

“The barangay captains talked about the issues and concerns of their barangays, particularly on road openings and road widening,” the Provincial government said.
