Nov 11, 2017 @ 18:22

Drug surrenderees turned beneficiaries of the Community Enhancement and Livelihood Project (CELP) from Brooke’s Point, Palawan are set to complete the program on Nov. 22.

The CELP is a community based recovery project of the Provincial Government of Palawan that aims to help and support drug surrenderees of the Oplan Tokhang.

Around 80 Recovering Drug Surrenderees (RDS) are expected to finish the CELP from the four barangays Brooke’s Point.
